Becoming Children
Yeshua's Infinite Family
Beloved brothers and sisters in Yeshua, today I invite you to reflect on the true nature of divine union, family, and sacred love. In this world, where marriage and relationships have often been reduced to mere legal contracts and worldly blood-relations, we look to Yeshua, who offers a higher understanding of union—not through procreation, but through the service of all as His family.
In Matthew 18:2, Yeshua tells us, "Unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." Here, we are reminded that the heart of a child is pure, free from the distractions of worldly desires, the opposite of a parent. As children, we cannot have children, and we are not bound by the demands of procreation or a worldly life. Instead, we are free to love unconditionally, to serve, and to embrace all of humanity as our brothers and sisters; living The Word and following in the footsteps of Yeshua without favoring worldly blood relations.
Yeshua and Miriam: A Divine Example of Sacred Service
Yeshua's life shows us the true meaning of divine union, not rooted in family structures or the creation of biological offspring, but in the spiritual care of all people. Yeshua did not marry or have children, nor did Miriam, His beloved disciple. Instead, they dedicated their lives to serving the meek, the outcasts, the orphans—those who society had cast aside.
This act of service reflects the divine family Yeshua envisioned. As He ministered to the poor, healed the sick, and welcomed the outcasts, He showed us that our true calling is not limited to the roles of husband or wife, mother or father. Instead, the whole world becomes our family when we follow Him. We are called to be fathers to the fatherless, mothers to the motherless, brothers and sisters to all, and to extend familial love to everyone we meet.
In this light, divine union transcends the boundaries of marriage and procreation. It becomes an act of universal love, where all people—regardless of blood relation—are our brothers and sisters in Yeshua.
The Sacred Union Beyond Procreation
Today, much of the world’s understanding of relationships and marriage is centered on procreation. But Yeshua teaches us a different path, one of spiritual union that transcends the physical act of having children. He speaks of a higher calling: to love and serve all people as members of God’s family. This is the divine union we are called to embody.
In Matthew 19:12, Yeshua speaks of those who have "renounced marriage because of the kingdom of heaven." This is not a rejection of love, but an elevation of love to its highest form. Rather than being limited to the love of a spouse or children, Yeshua shows us how to direct our love to the entire human family.
This teaching aligns with ancient spiritual practices of sacred union, where the merging of energies was understood as an act of divine creation—not to produce offspring, but to manifest divine love, bring forth spiritual enlightenment and transformation.
Yeshua's Family: All People as Brothers and Sisters
In Matthew 12:48-50, Yeshua asks, "Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?" And He answers, "Whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother." Yeshua redefines family not by blood ties or biological connections, but by spiritual kinship in doing God’s will.
In the same way, we are called to see all people as our brothers and sisters. Our love must extend beyond our homes and beyond the confines of traditional marriage. Every orphan, every stranger, every outcast is a child of God, and they are part of our family. This is the divine union Yeshua calls us to—one that transcends the physical and enters the spiritual.
Conclusion: Awakening to Sacred Love
In a world that has forgotten the true meaning of divine union, we are called to return to the teachings of Yeshua. He showed us that love is not limited to the confines of procreation or traditional marriage, but that the whole world is our family. We are called to serve the poor, the meek, the outcasts, and to embrace all of humanity as our brothers and sisters.
By restoring the sacred meaning of union, we can reclaim our divine purpose. We can learn to cultivate our sexual energy in alignment with God’s will, transforming lust into love and creating spiritual connections that elevate our souls.
Let us follow Yeshua's example, not by seeking to create biological families, but by expanding our love to include all of God’s children. Let us become like the little children He speaks of in Matthew 18:2, free from the distractions of worldly desires and attachments to biological family; ready to serve all equally with pure hearts.
This is the path of divine union, the path that Yeshua calls us to walk. Let us embrace it with joy and humility, knowing that in serving others, we are serving Him.
